Ask yourself "What do I really want in life?". 

I mean really think about this.

More money? A healthy relationship? Radiant health?

It is not as hard as you think to get there. It is all in your head already.

You are the only person who can attract abundance into your life. You already possess the only tool you need to do so. Your mind. The power of positive thought.

You can get the life you've always dreamed of. Even if you don't believe a word of this, give it a try, at least you will learn to be a happier person!

Adopt the abundance mentality

You can change your life permanently through positive thinking. The Law of Attraction.

Every thought you transmit has a vibrational frequency. If you put all of your energy into negative thought you will keep encountering negative situations. This fuels the destructive thought pattern and you end up in a vicious cycle of negativity.

This is simply a bad habit that is hard-wired into your brain. You can unlearn this habit. All you need is a shift in attitude.

Step #1: Ask.

Once you know what you want, ask the universe, the higher power, your God.

Make your request clear. The way you ask is very important. You need to ask in a positive context. Let me explain this more clearly:

This is WRONG: "I don't want to be in debt anymore"
The universe does not hear the "don't" or the "not". You are still focusing on debt. Whether you want it or not, you always get more of what you focus on!

This is RIGHT: "I want to earn £20,000 this month."
You don't have to define an exact amount. Although it does help if it is believable for you.

So make sure first of all that you are focusing on what you DO want and not what you don't want. So don't think about losing weight or not wanting to be fat. Instead concentrate on being slim.

Think and feel as if you already have the life you desire.

Step #2: Believe!

This is the fun part.

You now get to go inside your mind and experience how you will feel when you receive what you want.

Visualise yourself driving that car you're after or sunbathing on the beach. You have got to feel it in the now. As if it is already happening. Try and make it as realistic as you possibly can!

You only need to do this for 5 minutes at a time, so it is hardly time consuming. Just make sure you do this daily The benefits far out-weight anything else anyway!

Do anything you can to immerse yourself into that experience. When you meditate or visualize you get a release of endorphins, which makes you feel good. Enjoy yourself, make it fun, make it real!

Step #3: Receive.

Here's a little tip:
Keep your eyes peeled. Sometimes the end result comes to you in a way that you never would have expected.

As you are going about your day, be aware of the world around you and what attracts you. It could be one of the steps on your journey to the life you've been envisioning.

Follow your heart, go with the flow and believe. You shall receive. Don't worry about how or when, as it will come when you are ready.

Remember this: ask and it is given.
